Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Director in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and bookings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Valid bike/scooter license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
