Terms and condition for reservation:
Check-in/Check-out Time/Day-use Charges: |
Our check-in time is 14:00 hours and our check-out time is 11:00 hours. Day-use charges for rooms utilized until 15.00 hours will be 50% of the above-mentioned rates. For check out after 15.00 hours, one full night charge will be applied. Early check-in or day use is strictly subject to availability.
Cancellation Policies:
– For cancellation or modification received between 72 hours before the guest’s arrival date, a penalty fee of the cost of one night will be applied.
– For cancellation from 24 hours to arrival, the entire stay will be charged.
– No refund will be given for early check-out.
Cancellations /Amendments will not be accepted until they have been confirmed by Rupakot resort by a return email.
Payment Policies:
Payment must be done before guests’ departure or upon arrival at the reception desk. Bank transfers and bank-certified “good for payment” cheques will also be honored. In case of non-payment or late payment, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guests.

Payment must be done within 2 weeks of check-out by Contracted Travel Agent.
Smoking policies:
All of the rooms are non-smoking in Rupakot Resort. Smoking in indoor spaces is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed in designated areas outdoor.
Damage Policies:
Any damage caused to the property or violation of the rules such as smoking inside the rooms and excessive drinking (and vomiting) in the property shall not be tolerated and will be fined accordingly in any of these cases.
Corkage:
Outside foods & beverages are strictly prohibited inside the property.
Child Meal Policy:
Under 6 years: No extra charge.
6-11 years: 50% discount on the meal contract rate.
12 years and above: Full rate
Child Rate Policy:
11 years and under: No extra charge when sharing a bed with their parents. Extra beds if required will be charged as per the contracted rate. A baby cot can be made available upon your request at no extra charge.
12 years and above: An extra bed is charged at the contracted rate.
Second child: An extra bed as per contract rate.
Maximum occupancy: Only 3 guests.
Extra Costs:
- Pokhara-Rupakot (One Way) by Car: USD 50 Nett / NPR. 5000 Nett
- Pokhara-Rupakot (One Way) by Hi-ace: USD 60 Nett / NPR. 6000 Nett
- Pokhara-Rupakot by Toyota Coaster: USD 130 Nett / NPR. 13000 Nett
Please Note: An identification certificate or ID card for all the guests is mandatory. Hence you are requested to send it prior by email or present it during the check-in time.
Also Note: If any guides/drivers are traveling with the group then you need to inform us before arranging the rooms. Direct coming to the resort will not be entertained and may not be provided with the rooms and stays completely depending upon room availability. Extra charges will be applied. Prior notice is compulsory.
